The 3A restraint is designed to be the ultimate in protection for the racer, and features:
- Super lightweight construction – approx 750 grams
- Progressive torsion and impact characteristics (made from fiberglass reinforced nylon)
- Stainless steel hardware utilized throughout
- Kevlar webbing tethers
- Quick disconnect and re-connect helmet tethers
- Belt channels accept belts up to 3 in wide belts
- Easily replaceable and clean-able padding for simple maintenance
