EZBR Bumper Bracket – Rear Bumper Safety Clamp System

The EZBR Bumper Bracket is a two-piece clamp system with an integrated wire tether designed to keep your rear bumper secure under all racing conditions. Engineered for safety and reliability, this system helps prevent bumper loss due to bolt failure or impact — reducing the risk of black flags or disqualification during a race.

Key Features:

Fail-Safe Security: The frame-mounted clamp secures a wire tether that loops through your bumper bracket. If a bumper bolt fails or the bumper is compromised, the tether keeps it firmly attached to the kart.
Durable Construction: Each component is CNC-machined in-house from high-quality 6061 aluminum for superior strength and precision.
Optimized Fit: Includes a pre-measured wire tether designed for an ideal fit on most kart chassis.
Multiple Sizes Available: Choose from 28mm, 30mm, or 32mm clamp sizes to match your kart’s frame tubing.
Complete Kit: Sold as a pair, with all hardware included for quick and easy installation.

Note: This system is compatible with most kart chassis. However, it is not compatible with Kart Republic chassis due to the rear torsion bar frame tube, which interferes with clamp placement. Please verify your chassis before ordering.

Whether you’re racing competitively or just want peace of mind on the track, the EZBR Bumper Bracket adds an essential layer of safety to your setup.
